Consent to Personal Data Processing

By sending a request on the website judo-sambo-tournament.ru, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Individual Entrepreneur Egor Vladimirovich Zityarev (OGRNIP [OGRNIP], INN [INN]) consent to the processing of my personal data on the following terms.

1. Data: name; club and city; country; installation code; comment; the messenger name or number or the email address I write from.

2. Purposes: answering the request, concluding and performing the license agreement for the “Judo & Sambo Tournament” program, issuing and renewing the activation code, answering questions and claims.

3. Operations: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, deletion and destruction, with or without automation. Distribution (publication) is not allowed.

4. Term: until the purposes are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after the license term ends; if no agreement is concluded — 6 months from the request.

5. Withdrawal: by email to [EMAIL FOR CLAIMS]. After withdrawal, processing stops within 10 business days, except for data needed to perform an agreement already concluded and required by law.

6. I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, and if I give another person’s data, that this person agrees.
