Version of 23.10.2026. This is a convenience translation; the Russian text at judo-sambo-tournament.ru/ru/oferta/ prevails.
Individual Entrepreneur Egor Vladimirovich Zityarev, OGRNIP [OGRNIP], INN [INN] (the Licensor), offers any person (the Licensee) to enter into a license agreement on the terms below. This is a public offer (Article 437(2) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation); the agreement is concluded under Articles 1235 and 1286 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Definitions
1.1. Program — the computer program “Judo & Sambo Tournament” (shown as “Judo Tournament” and “Sambo Tournament” at judo and sambo tournaments): the web version, the Android APK, updates, help, templates and built-in clips.
1.2. Edition — a set of Program features: Parent, Coach, Tournament (Annexes 1–3). Rental — a license for the Tournament edition for the dates of a tournament (Annex 4).
1.3. Installation — one copy of the Program: the web version in one browser or one APK on one device.
1.4. Installation code — the 8 characters the Program shows on an Installation. Activation code (rental code) — the key the Licensor issues for one Installation; it contains the edition and the term.
1.5. Data — everything the Licensee enters into the Program or obtains with it: lists of people, bouts, scores, video, analytics, brackets, records, publications, advertising clips.
2. Subject of the agreement
2.1. The Licensor grants the Licensee a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the Program within the chosen Edition on one Installation, and the Licensee pays the fee. Several Installations need several activation codes.
2.2. Permitted uses: installing and running, storing in the device memory, using the Edition’s features as intended. Other uses under Article 1270 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation are not granted.
2.3. Territory — worldwide, subject to section 11.
2.4. The license term is written in the activation code: perpetual (for the whole term of the exclusive right) or until the stated date inclusive. The term is shown in Settings → About.
2.5. No right to grant sublicenses is given.
2.6. Updates within the Edition are free while the Licensor releases them. The Licensor is not obliged to release updates and may change features without degrading the Edition’s main purpose.
3. Copyright and restrictions
3.1. The exclusive right to the Program belongs to the Licensor as its author. The Program is protected as a literary work (Articles 1259 and 1261 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
3.2. The names of the Program and editions, the logo (a shield with a kimono and belt), the interface, help texts, document templates and clips belong to the Licensor. No rights to them pass to the Licensee.
3.3. The Licensee must not:
3.3.1. copy or distribute the Program, activation codes or access files, except sending access files to the workstations of the Licensee’s own tournament through the Program itself;
3.3.2. sell, rent out, give away or otherwise transfer the license or a code to third parties;
3.3.3. decompile, disassemble or modify the Program, bypass the license check, change the device clock to extend the term, or create or use code generators;
3.3.4. create derivative programs or use the Program’s code, interface or texts in other products;
3.3.5. remove or hide the authorship notices and the Program name on screens, printouts, the scoreboard and in publications.
3.4. Infringement of the exclusive right leads to liability under Articles 1252 and 1301 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (compensation from 10,000 to 5,000,000 rubles or twice the value of the right of use), Article 7.12 of the Code of Administrative Offences and Article 146 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. A license used in breach of this section terminates (section 9).
4. Price, payment, conclusion of the agreement
4.1. The price depends on the Edition, the term and the number of Installations. The Licensor states it in reply to the request together with the payment details. VAT: [TAX REGIME].
4.2. Payment is 100% in advance, by the method in the Licensor’s reply: transfer to the entrepreneur’s account, the Russian Faster Payments System or a payment link. The currency is the ruble; for Licensees outside Russia see section 11.
4.3. Payment is acceptance of the offer (Article 438(3) of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). From the moment payment is received the agreement is concluded in writing. Ticking “I accept” in the request and when entering the code confirms that the Licensee has read the offer, the annex for the Edition and the Personal Data Policy.
4.4. The Licensor sends the activation code within 3 business days after payment and receipt of the installation code, through the channel the request came from. The license is deemed granted when the code is sent; no acceptance certificate is drawn up, organizations and entrepreneurs receive one on request.
4.5. The Licensor issues a cash receipt for each payment under Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ.
5. Refunds
5.1. Until the activation code has been entered into the Program, the Licensee may withdraw from the agreement and get a full refund: write to [EMAIL FOR CLAIMS], state the installation code and confirm that the activation code has not been entered. After the refund the code must not be used.
5.2. After the code has been entered, payment is refunded only if the Program does not work on a device meeting clause 7.1 and the Licensor has not fixed the problem within 10 business days of the request.
5.3. Money is returned by the same method it was paid, within 10 days of the request. Bank fees for international transfers and currency conversion are not refunded.
5.4. A breach of section 3 terminates the license without a refund.
6. Data and the Licensee’s responsibility
6.1. Data is stored only on the Licensee’s devices. The Program does not send it to the Licensor; the Licensor does not receive, store or have access to it.
6.2. The Licensee makes backups. On iPhone and iPad, deleting the app icon or clearing Safari website data erases the journal; the Licensor cannot restore it.
6.3. The Licensee alone decides what Data to enter and how to transfer, print, show on the scoreboard and publish it, and is solely responsible for this to other people and to the authorities, including:
6.3.1. for lawful processing of the personal data of athletes, parents, coaches, judges and spectators: the Licensee is the controller (operator) of that data, the Licensor does not process it and receives no processing instructions;
6.3.2. for consents to processing, to distribution (publication) and to photo and video recording; for minors, consent is given by their parents or guardians;
6.3.3. for the content of records, brackets, publications, comments, advertising and clips on the scoreboard, and for rights to third-party videos and images;

6.4. If claims are made against the Licensor because of the Data or the Licensee’s actions, the Licensee settles them and compensates the Licensor’s losses, including fines and legal costs.
7. Operation of the Program and limitation of liability
7.1. Requirements: iPhone and iPad with iOS 15 or later (Safari); Android 7 or later; Windows, macOS or Linux with a current Chrome, Edge or Safari. A TV with HDMI for the scoreboard, a Wi-Fi network for workstations.
7.2. The Program is provided “as is”. The Licensor does not warrant that it suits every purpose of the Licensee or works without errors on every device and with future browser and operating system versions.
7.3. The Program is an aid. The score on the scoreboard, places, the draw, rank calculations (EVSK and others), analytics and review scores are for reference. Official decisions are made by judges, organizers and sports authorities; ranks are awarded under the applicable rules; the Licensor is not responsible for these decisions.
7.4. The Licensor is not liable for: loss of Data, including Data erased by the browser or the system; input errors; failures of devices, networks, power, TVs and third-party services; disputes between competition participants; injuries at training sessions and competitions; actions of persons who gain access to the Licensee’s device; use of the Program in breach of the agreement or the law.
7.5. Workstations connected over the internet use public relay servers: only encrypted connection keys pass through them, without lists or results. The Licensor is not responsible for these servers; without them workstations connect over the hall’s Wi-Fi or by files.
7.6. The Licensor’s liability under the agreement is limited to the amount paid for the license the claim relates to; lost profit and indirect losses are not compensated.
7.7. Clauses 7.2–7.6 do not apply to the extent prohibited by law, including consumer protection law, or in case of the Licensor’s intentional breach.
8. The Licensee’s personal data
The Licensor processes the data from the request, correspondence and payment under the Personal Data Policy and the consent the Licensee gives separately when sending the request.
9. Term and termination
9.1. The agreement is valid until the license term ends. After that the Data remains available for viewing, printing and saving; renewal is by a new code.
9.2. If section 3 is breached, the Licensor may unilaterally withdraw from the agreement by notifying the Licensee (Article 450.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and refuse to issue new codes to this Licensee.
10. Changes to the offer
The Licensor may change the offer by publishing a new version on the website. Agreements already concluded follow the version in force on the day of payment until the Licensee accepts a new one, for example when entering a new code.
11. Licensees outside Russia
11.1. The governing text of the agreement is Russian. English and other translations are for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Russian text applies.
11.2. The price is stated in rubles or in the currency the Licensor names in the reply. Bank and payment service fees and conversion costs are paid by the Licensee.
11.3. The Licensee confirms that buying and using the Program is lawful in the Licensee’s country and complies with local laws on personal data, advertising and sports competitions, in the same way as under section 6.
11.4. The Licensor may refuse a sale or refund a payment if payment or performance is impossible because of bank restrictions, sanctions or the laws of the Licensee’s country.
11.5. If the Licensee is a consumer and the law of the Licensee’s country gives rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights remain.
12. Governing law and disputes

1. Includes: a journal of up to 5 athletes (the Licensee’s child and teammates); bout scoring with a scoreboard for sambo and judo; video recording of a bout and slow-motion replay; analytics of participation in all tournaments, strengths and weaknesses of the Licensee’s athlete and opponents; ranks; the “Send to coach” button; backups and a PIN.
2. Limits: no more than 5 athletes in the journal; no video bout review, TV scoreboard, team entry or judging; not for paid services to other people.
3. Filming. The Licensee films bouts where the organizer allows filming. Video with other children (opponents, teammates) is only for personal use and for the coach; the Licensee publishes it only with their parents’ consent (Article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) and is responsible for it.
4. Information about opponents (name, club, bouts, technique) is for personal preparation for competitions. The Licensee must not publish it or the analytics on it without legal grounds.
5. Sending to the coach is the Licensee’s decision. Having received the file, the coach is responsible for that data.
6. Scores entered by the Licensee and the analytics are the Licensee’s personal notes, not an official record; rank calculations are for reference (clause 7.3 of the offer).
Annex 2. Coach edition
Coach is for coaches and clubs, including paid coaching: everything in Parent without a limit on athletes, plus work with the team and at other tournaments.
1. Includes: a journal without a limit on athletes; analytics of participation in all tournaments, strengths and weaknesses of the Licensee’s athletes and opponents; video bout review from simple (referee-style scores) to full (the technique of both athletes); ranks; team entry as an Excel file; the TV scoreboard; working as a mat judge or weigh-in secretary at another tournament with an access file; PDF, Word and Excel reports.
2. Personal data. The controller of the group’s athletes’ data is the Licensee or the club (sports school) the Licensee works for; the Licensee obtains parents’ consents to processing, filming and publication personally or through the club. The Licensee accepts files from parents under the Licensee’s own responsibility.
3. The TV scoreboard shows athletes’ names to spectators. By turning it on in public the Licensee is responsible for having consents or grounds under the competition regulations.
4. Working at another tournament. The tournament data belongs to its organizer. The Licensee uses it only to work on the mat or at the weigh-in, does not copy it into the journal or pass it to third parties, and does not forward the access file.
5. Bout review, analytics and scores are the coach’s opinion, not a judging decision. Results collected at another tournament become official only after its panel of judges approves them.
6. The team entry is made from the Licensee’s data; the Licensee is responsible for its accuracy and for sending it to the organizer.
Annex 3. Tournament edition
Tournament is for competition organizers: everything in Coach plus running the Licensee’s own tournaments. Here the Licensee is responsible for the data of all tournament participants.
1. Includes: entries from Excel, weigh-in, seeded draw, brackets, mats and the bout queue, roles of secretaries and judges, workstations over Wi-Fi, the scoreboard and advertising on it, records, team ranking, publishing to Telegram, MAX, WhatsApp and VK, consent tracking and a sample consent form.

3. The sample consent form in the Program is a template. The organizer checks that it suits the tournament and is responsible for its content.
4. Publications in channels and groups, printed brackets and records are issued on behalf of the organizer. The Program only prepares the text and images and opens “Share”; the organizer decides what to send and where.
5. Advertising on the scoreboard. The organizer places own clips and title screens as the advertising distributor: the organizer is responsible for compliance with advertising law, including restrictions for children’s events, and for the rights to the clips. The Program’s built-in clips are shown in every advertising loop and cannot be turned off.
6. Workstations. The organizer sends access files only to the organizer’s own officials and is responsible for protecting the hall’s Wi-Fi network.
7. Official results. Places, brackets and records become official when approved by the chief panel of judges. The Program does not replace judges; disputed situations are resolved under the rules of the sport and the competition regulations.
8. Participant safety, medical support and admission to competitions are the organizer’s duties; the Program does not control them.
Annex 4. Tournament rental
Rental is a license for the Tournament edition in the Organizer role for the tournament dates only; the offer and Annex 3 apply to it.
1. Term: from 00:00 on the first day to 23:59 on the last day stated in the rental code, by the device clock. Changing the clock to extend the term is prohibited (clause 3.3 of the offer).

4. After the term ends, tournaments, brackets and records remain available for viewing, printing and saving. Extending the rental or buying an edition is done with a new code; the data is kept.
5. Moving the tournament dates is agreed with the Licensor and done with a new rental code.
6. Refund: in full before the first rental day starts if the rental code has not been entered; after the rental starts — under clause 5.2 of the offer.
7. The organizer’s responsibility for participants’ data, publications, advertising and official results is as in Annex 3.
