Personal Data Policy

Version of 23.10.2026. This is a convenience translation; the Russian text at judo-sambo-tournament.ru/ru/privacy/ prevails. The seller receives only the buyer’s data from the request, correspondence and payment. Data inside the app — athletes, bouts, video, tournaments — never reaches the seller.

1. Controller (operator). Individual Entrepreneur Egor Vladimirovich Zityarev, OGRNIP [OGRNIP], INN [INN], email [EMAIL FOR CLAIMS].

2. What data: name, club and city, country, comment and installation code from the request; the messenger name or number or the email address the request came from; correspondence; payer details from the payment document (name, bank, amount, date); issued activation codes.

3. The website uses no cookies, counters or analytics. The request form sends nothing to a server: the text is assembled in the browser and the buyer sends it through the chosen messenger or email. The hosting provider keeps technical server logs (IP address, time, page) to run and protect the website.

4. The app sends no data to the seller. The user is responsible for the data inside it as the controller (section 6 of the offer).

5. Purposes: to answer the request; to conclude and perform the agreement — issue and renew a code, help with installation, handle a claim, refund a payment; to keep tax and accounting records.

6. Legal grounds: the buyer’s consent; the agreement to which the buyer is a party (Article 6(1)(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ); tax law obligations.

7. Operations: collection, recording, systematization, storage, clarification, use, transfer in the cases of clause 8, deletion and destruction. The data is not published or sold; the seller sends no advertising mailings.

8. Recipients: the bank and payment service — to accept payments and refunds; the fiscal data operator — for the receipt; public authorities — as required by law. Correspondence goes through the service the buyer chose; the servers of some messengers are outside Russia.

9. Storage. Data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored in databases in Russia (Article 18(5) of Federal Law No. 152-FZ). Periods: a request without payment — 6 months; data under the agreement — the license term plus 3 years; payment and accounting documents — 5 years (Article 29 of Federal Law No. 402-FZ). After that the data is destroyed.

10. Protection: only the seller has access; the code journal is encrypted and protected by a PIN; devices are password-protected.

11. Buyer’s rights: to find out what data is processed; to have it corrected, blocked or deleted; to withdraw consent; to complain to Roskomnadzor. Requests go to [EMAIL FOR CLAIMS]; the answer comes within 10 business days. After consent is withdrawn the seller keeps only what is needed under the agreement and tax law. Buyers in other countries also have the rights their local law gives.

12. Changes to the policy are published on the website with the date of the new version.
